What Will Be Discussed: Leveraging Feedback – Eight key practices to give and receive difficult feedback during difficult conversations so it can be digested and metabolized for growth and development. Emotional Intelligence: Harnessing Energy – Harness the energy in unpleasant emotions during difficult conversations to act consciously and strategically in light of your mission and values. Leveraging Disruption – Disruption between people occurs in the workplace. We can leverage such disruptions to better understand the values of others. In better understanding each other’s values, we can become more responsive rather than reactionary.
