Geared toward beginners or those looking to build confidence and brush up their skills, learn how to identify prospects, interpret guidelines, write competitive proposals, and manage relationships with philanthropic grantmakers over time.

Erika Mork is a former Fulbrighter and University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs Policy Fellow who holds an MBA with an emphasis in nonprofit management. She has ten years of consulting experience and more than a decade of director-level experience in development, marketing, and communications with both nonprofit and governmental organizations. In addition, Erika previously served four years as ex-officio executive director of an operating foundation and also reviewed grant proposals and conducted site visits on behalf of a private grantmaker for more than five years.
