Effective leaders appreciate and amplify diversity, inclusion, and equity to elevate organizational performance.  Inclusive leaders intentionally apply habits to build relationships with their employees to know their strengths and effectively engage their skills strategically to expand the ‘voices’ in the room – advancing equity.   In doing so, research shows that diverse teams are 35% more likely to outperform their industry average.
